Hardware replacement: Covers defects in components like CPUs, RAM and power supplies. Replacements may be brand new or refurbished/Used.
How does this work if my machine is defected or breaks down?
- Contact Support – [email protected]
- We will arrange a collection of your machine.
- We will run diagnostic on your machine to find out the cause this usually completed within 48 hours.
- We will then Repair / replace the defected components within 72 hours
- We will arrange for the machine to be returned back to you via our secure carrier
Common exclusions:
- Accidental damage: Spills, drops, or other physical damage are not covered by a standard warranty.
- Normal wear and tear: Cosmetic damage or parts that fail due to regular use over time are often excluded.
- Software issues: Most basic warranties cover only hardware. Software, including operating systems and drivers, is not included.
- Third-party conflicts: Problems arising from non-manufacturer-approved software or hardware are typically excluded.
